Here is a great at home booty workout that I recommend doing with a band. These are the loop band I use.
If you have dumbbells and want to really ramp this workout up, do it!
Cardio (30-45 mins)
Bulgarian Split Squats x 10 each side
Glute Bridge x 20
Squats x 20
Donkey kickbacks x 12 each side
clam shells x 10 each side
Killer legs and cardio!
Record your time for the 4 rounds! try and beat your time each week.
Squats, ball slams, lunges, Arnold press
Legs and Shoulders, Lets go!
Grab a kettlebell and prepare to sweat!
