Death By Kettlebells

This is a great one to add to the beginning of your workout.

Grab a Kettlebell and get ready to feel the burn.

You can also complete this with a small child (15-30lbs) —I may have firsthand experience here.



Goblet Squats x 10

Burpees x 10


Goblet lunges x 20 (10 each leg)

KB swings x 10
