Warmup: 1 mile run

3 rounds:

  • 15 pushups 

  • 50 squats

  • 10 lateral lunges each side

3 rounds

  • Walking lunges with 25lb plate OHx 16

  • Leg press machine x 15

  • Seated shoulder press x15


3 rounds

  • Jumping lunges x 16

  • Sumo squats x 15

  • Standing Front raises x 15

  • standing upright row x 15

Row 500 m for time x 2
