4 Rounds for Time
This is an advanced workout, but with a few modifications can be done by anyone at any fitness level.
Complete 4 rounds and record your time!
20 walking lunges (each leg)
5 handstand pushups
10 single arm KB snatches (each side)
You can modify this workout by doing:
-10 assisited pullups or 10 reverse rows instead of 10 regular pullups
-10 dumbbell shoulder press instead of 5 handsand pushups
