Hump day full body workout


Feeling like you need to move, but not sure what to do?! save this workout and you will feel great after. 

I took advantage of the kiddos nap time and fit this in and it still left me time to enjoy lunch and clean the kitchen! Say what?! 

Complete 3 rounds

1. Push-up, three legged dog, knee drive x 10

2. Pistol squat (weighted) x 5 each leg 

3. Tricep dips x 12

4. Side lunge (weighted) x 5 each way 

5. Squat curl x 10
