This workout can be completed at the gym or at home ! I used our bar for deadlifts (135lbs) and 25 lb plate for the heart beat lunges.
If you don’t have this at home, you can do it at the gym or simply substitute with dumbbells!
Complete 5 rounds
1. Deadlifts x 12
2. Heart beat lunges x 12
3. Burpees x 12
My legs really felt this one, and my shoulders got a good burn too!
