So this workout is simple…yet tough!

All you need is a medicine ball, yourself and some water.

10 burpees ; 2 wall balls

9 burpees ; 4 wall balls

8 burpees ; 6 wall balls

7 burpees ; 8 wall balls

6 burpees ; 10 wall balls

5 burpees ; 12 wall balls

4 burpees ; 14 wall balls

3 burpees ; 16 wall balls

2 burpees ; 18 wall balls

1 burpees ; 20 wall balls
